Reservations

To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:

Full name

Birthday

Identity number or passport number

CPF

Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ Zip Code

Telephone

Email

Entry time to the property / flight number (if air)

Departure time from the property

Name of other guests (if any);

Payment methods, reservations, rent and deposit

To reserve one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent will be charged at check-in before entering the property.

Payment for 50% of the reservation can be made by bank transfer/deposit, bank slip, Paypal, credit card or payment in cash at our office.

Payment for the remainder of the rent + cleaning fee + deposit must be made at the time of signing the contract and handing over the keys.


The deposit will be required at check-in in cash with a value pre-determined per property at the time of booking.

In order for us to allocate your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via email.

Your reservation will be validated from the moment the CLICK RENTAL reservations department sends you a confirmation email.

If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the rental property ceases to be available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check in

Check-in time: 2pm to 6pm

The customer is obliged to inform us of their arrival time and to give us their contact number. Without this information, check-in will not be possible. During the Click Rental check-in process, the customer must call our check-in department (available 24/7) in advance, (+55) 2199032 3422 and (+55) 2196984 8732, up to thirty minutes before arrival the property. After receiving the call, one of our employees will wait for the guest at the entrance of the reserved property.

If the client arrives before our official check-in time of 2pm and if the apartment is available and the client wants to be assured of the possibility of an earlier check-in, a change between 6am and 2pm may be combined for a fee of 50% of the daily rental. This amount must be paid in advance.

For check-ins between 10pm and 6am, the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.

Check-out

Check-out time: 10am to 11am

A Click Rental employee will meet the customer at their apartment (the time will be scheduled in advance in the rental contract), in order to examine the property, receive the keys and return the security deposit.

After checking out, if the apartment is available and the client only wishes to leave between 11am and 6pm, we require a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid at the entrance.

For check-outs between 6pm and midnight, we charge the rent equivalent to the next day. If the customer does not check-out at the agreed time, after a grace period of 30 minutes, a fine of 100 Reais will be charged if the check-out is before 11am. After 11am, the amount charged will be the equivalent of a full night's stay.

Cancellation and changes to the reservation

In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to reservation dates will only be permitted upon written confirmation from Click Rental.

Click Renta has the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and /or violation of condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay in full the rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has an internet or cable TV connection, ClicK Rental assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting therefrom. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of rental payment.

Responsibilities and obligations of our guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rent as well as any item belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally, they may also lead to premature termination of the rental contract without any refund.

Visitors

There are condominiums that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property.

Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption, it is necessary to check your rental contract. In case of energy charges, the customer must pay the bills equivalent to the period of their stay at the time of check-out or, if the rental is longer than 30 days, after each month.
